Unfortunately I have to start with the bad things about the property. This is the first hotel room I have stayed in where there were cockroaches, I had killed 7 in total during the 3 nights here. The bathroom water also had a funny smell, especially when using the hot shower. Overall the hotel seemed dated too. For AU$160/night it felt not up to standard. Other than that the hotel was ok, check in and check out were easy, and the location near Bugis and 3 MRT stations was excellent.

Just had a 2 night stay at this hotel & we were very dissappointed for Singapore standards - the air con vent in the room was ready to fall from the ceiling, i could see into the roof space from the bathroom light, there was a vent above the bed that seemed to vent to the ceiling cavity, there wasn't a fridge in the room, breakfast was only a Chinese style, the tv was a 18'' monitor style, the shower leaked into the bathroom floor, the hotel was very noisy from people slamming doors and disregard for other hotel patrons, this hotel should only be rated at 1 star. This hotel needs a lot of work to bring it anywhere near a 3 star

F1 accommodation

Hotel was ok for what we needed (F1) but reception staff didn’t really smile much and WiFi was not much good as had to put password etc every time we came back. Asked at reception but was told that’s just how it is. Not very helpful. Oh and the shower was cold always...but good for basic F1 accommodation.

我只能說花16,700住四晚真的很不值得、房間狀況很多，熱水不熱、冰箱不冷、地毯髒污、浴室淹水、房間燈沒有燈罩燈泡外露、每天早上都有陸客團五點到六點的morning call（包含站在走廊上大聲叫喊）、跟圖片差很多、所謂的第三床簡直就是行軍床、整個房間都是霉味、浴室很臭、爛爆了極點、註：第一張及第二張圖是實際的房間照片 第三張圖是Hotel.com上的照片

Agreeable hotel at a price to match.

Oxford has a great location in the city beside Bugis and 2 minutes walk from the nearest MRT station. The room was basic and clean and the hotel fit for a weekend or business stopover where simply a bed will do. For the location, no frills and price this is a good option.

Chinese Hotel, very noise, the dors had a 3 cm gab in the buttom so it was very noise and not very private. It was old and smelly and you had to pay for wifi. The breakfast was really bad old fish fried different ways.

Room was small , doesn't seems like 21m2 ... looks more like 13m2. Staff refuse to change room, despite telling them the television is at the side of the bed, have to turn our head to watch. Hotel looks rundown.

Good location poor quality

Pros: great location, subway station one minute away, a walk away from many turistic attractions. Cons: very dirty, very old, smells bad, many things were broken and almost no wifi in the room, when I asked about the wifi signal the staff response was " try leaving the door open to use the wifi"... just unbelievable. I will never return to this hotel nor recommend to anyone.

Great central location for a family on a budget.

We were only in Singapore for one night and a day, and needed somewhere close to attractions, but also comfortable for a good night's rest, with an ensuite and free wifi. The Oxford Hotel ticked these boxes, and was within our price range.
