I have to specially commend the counter staff Imran and Rozi. They are very helpful in helping me to call taxi, especially Imran who help me thoroughly in the whole booking process and see to it that the car arrived. He has been so nice in helping me with the luggage. I highly recommend him for his excellent service.

If you’re happy to take the metro or a taxi into the city centre, then this is a brilliant option for staying in Singapore without paying £££ per night. Very clean and comfortable, even though it’s a small room. Filtered water available in the bathroom is a very nice touch.

For the budget travel. The area is not salubrious, more like old Singapore. Relative to overall cost of hotel accommodation it's reasonable and within a few MRY stops of city and major attractions.

Hotel was clean but beyond that nothing impressive. Rooms too tiny and overall not very welcoming atmosphere. Two of the front staff though were very helpful. Imram and Daniel, thanks for balancing the experience to positive.

Advantage and Disadvantage

The room is clean and tidy. However, the hot water is not hot enough. The staff is very helpful and willing to answer our questions. We are surprise there is complimentary breakfast. I think the price is also reasonable. But it is not near the downtown.

Great place, friendly staff

The hotel personnel were very helpful. Only downside was the train station was a bit far so we took bus 63/100 to the aljuneid MRT station and on our way back, we got off Kallang MRT station and took bus 63 or 100 to the nearest bus station to the hotel. There is no designated taxi stop nearby so it’s hard to get on or off a taxi. There are a lot restaurants and fruit stands (if you love durian) nearby

Great budget stay!

Honestly can’t really fault this hotel, it’s was one of the only budget ones I could find around and I was expecting it to feel like it but it was it was clean, two fresh towels, good water pressure, filtered water on tap, comfortable bed, good service when my aircon wasn’t working, great location close to lots of food places. Only downsides were the room did seem a bit dusty, the hot water shower ran out after a minute or two, and the view was minimal due the the roof blocking almost everything. Would definitely stay here again!
