There is a lot of restaurants and small grocery stores near by. Public transits are easy access. MTR or trains is about 15 minute walk. Bus stop is about a minute walk.

I liked the Hotel 81 Orchid because of it good Location to all the food places and also the Hotel itself was clean. The Staff were friendly and very Professional And the rooms were kept clean also the WiFi Signal was good too overall 4.5/5

Absolutely terrible experience. Rooms are so tiny and suffocating. Asked trolley for the luggage , was told don’t have one. Requested for if a staff can help with luggage was told don’t have enough staff. Don’t supply tea bags only makes mixer pack. Description was not accurate. Male manager was really good and professional

Overall a good stay. The mattress was firm enough for my taste. I don't usually use pillows but they were big and firm. Lots of restaurants within waling distance. If you like walking as much as I do Marina Bay is about a 50 minute walk away. The room was small, but has all you need. The only negative was the wall to the hallway was very thin, so you can hear everything. But again, a good experience.

Nothing unique about this place. Extremely tiny bathroom- all in one - very inconvenient to use after one person showered. Very tiny room. Dirty hotel phone. Everyday new staff so nothing personal about them. No glasses in the room. Very noisy at night. Just not what is being advertised. Totally disappointing

There are no slippers provided, asked for slippers, front desk and housekeeping never got back to me. Room was super dusty, you could see specs flying around everywhere. Would never book again.

The property is clean overall, but we found ants in both rooms on higher floors. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they sent someone to spread in the room. They changed one room when ants were found in the room the second time.

Frustrated
When arrived hotel, we were told that the room service every two days. The third night, there were no room service. I rang the reception and asked them to clean up the rubbish. They did and later I was told that I had turned on “ no disruption” button. Frustrated.

The shower was inconvenient, no shower curtain, water goes everywhere, the toiletpaper dispenser placement is stupid, and NO handheld BIDET!!! Are you serious... everywhere in Vietnam and Thailand, but not in Singapore in this hotel... this is a disgrace!!! The price was too much for what this property is. AND in the RED-LIGHT district!!!

Room was incredibly noisy with other people on my floor playing loud music and banging on doors at 3am Sketchy looking guys hanging around outside the hotel made it feel unsafe. Wouldn’t come back again.

I like to most .staf services. Especially. Assistance managers. Fabian.he let us early check in. Give us very good room. Other stuff.member her names. Nur and .Suzanna .both girls are very helpful. The staff were very welcoming and the property was clean. The room was very small and you struggled to walk around the bed, the toilet didn’t shut off after a flush unless you hit the cistern. We weren’t aware the property was in the red light district but although the area is run down this really didn’t bother us.
