The hotel itself was wonderful! The rooms are surprisingly large for a small hotel. It is in a great location only a few minutes from the bustle of Chinatown along with the MRT station. I would definitely recommend staying at the Bliss. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Was able to walk almost everywhere. We were there just before the Chinese New Year and Chinatown was hopping. It was fun to see. Food options in the area are plenty.

Close to everything, perfect for a place to come back to after a day out. Room aesthetically pleasing and cosy, comfortable bed however bathroom not very functional - good water pressure and water hot but water in shower not draining and spilling across the entire toilet area due to incorrect floor levelling and unsealed glass section (no door)

The BEST experience and location. I am definitely going to re-book in 2025 as the subway, market, shops just opposite the hotel. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. No request was too hard. The Hawkers market so close I wet for breakfast most days. Room was a little small but ample for my needs, the bed sooo comfortable I slept like a baby. Thank you to ALL the STAFF for a memorable stay.

Room is small. Shower + toilet design is not good.
Room is too small. Hallway is too dark. No hair conditioner. Toilet is openly next to the shower and therefore after shower is done the toilet area floor is wet and the toilet seat could be wet if forgot to close the lid. It’s convenient to walk around at Chinatown.

The lobby was designed to be dark and be stylish but it felt a bit spooky to me. The room is small but that’s what you paid for.

hotel just opposite to the MRT station exit, there are many shops neaby and 7-11 just around the corner, the room is tidy and staff are very nice

Is a very good Budget Hotel. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Things to be careful of: 1. the room in which we stayed had 3 different levels with no warning that there was a one inch step coming out of the bathroom into the bedroom or a three inch step from the foyer to the sleeping area e.g. different coloured floor tape would have been helpful to save us stubbing toes and tripping over which could have been serious. 2. the tiles in the bathroom are NOT non-slip and we ended up having to use one of our towels on the shower floor to give us a safer footing in addition to the bath mat in front of the sink. It was really dangerous otherwise You may need to ask for additional towels to overcome this hazard.

Super super dirty with mold everywhere! Mold and bad smell! Specially the toilet!!! OMG! Cannot stay in the toilet for one more second! Cannot stay more in this hotel and leave the hotel in the early morning! Super Bad Hotel!!

The bathroom was in poor condition with the shower spreading water around due to the lack of door and malfunctioning of the discharge system. The washbasin was located in the room and its size was very small.

If or when I return to Singapore, I would definitely stay here again. The location and close proximity to hawker centers and MRT stations were great! It's within walking distance to many places to visit, including Marina Bay Sands and Super Tree Grove. The price was reasonable, and being on my own, I felt very safe. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Staff including receptionist were friendly and helpful however the room including wash/bathroom are too small, no space for 2 luggages, only 2 bath towers were provided, We had to askfor more toilet papers, shower stall is not well designed, water was pouring to outside while taking shower.

Black Mold
Never again. I should have listen to all the other negative reviews. There was black mold all over the shower. Staff were super unfriendly. The only positive was the proximity to the metro. Pay a little more for a nicer place if you can afford it, wish I would have!

The hotel is decently clean and in a good location but for the price still very basic (damages & dirty floors), unstable Internet connection and thin walls. I would recommend this only if you plan to be out all day, not for work trips.

Shower gave cold water after 5 min. Very frustrating and unprofessional. The door in room 213 leaves too much sound through as people could hear us on the hallway.
