Location is wonderful! Many places to eat and shop just down the street. There is even a 7-11 down the street. The area is lively all night through, even on weeknights. The lobby/reception area is on the 2nd floor and I’m not sure if there’s a designated parking lot for this hotel. People should definitely ask hotel first before booking. The area seemed very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

The check in was easy, convenient and opened 24 hours. We arrived at nearly 3 am and still able to check in. Staff was helpful too! The property is a bit old but still in working condition. The sheets are clean and not musty. The toilet/ washroom is the old fashion kind but still good! Good location and price point.

Location is great close to many restaurants and also close to a 7eleven. Checking in was easy and polite, but halways could do with some improvement and especially the doors on each room as felt the extra locks the doors were needed. The room and bad are nice and clean, the bed sheets got some holes but were clean. The bathroom in the otherhand the bathroom seal could been cleaned better or replaced and the showerhead also could been cleaned better or replaces as yellowed plastic just looks disgusting.

Good place for food lover.
The hotel is small and the building the old. But the room is clean enough for the building condition. I am a food hunter, so I like the location. It is located on the food street. You can get different kinds of good food right next to the hotel. One downside is a little noisy. You can clearly hear someone talk on the hallway. If you are deep sleeper, a food hunter and you want something affordable, it is a good place to stay.

Our stay was okay, There was nobody to assist you to go up to your room. Outlets are not tourist friendly, and you are forced to buy the adapter, because how can you charge (way to go to earn money). The room is a little bit dusty, I can say because I got my allergic rhinitis killing me all through out our stay.

BED BUGSSSSS (got bitten by bed bugs on both beds in the room, more than 10 bites per person just from one night itself. Aint fun to be straching all over even though its been 5 days) 4. Building and rooms are old and need refurbishment (the photos of the building and rooms are misleading. The building looked much older and dodgy than what was in the photos) Based on my experience, i will not stay in this hotel again nor will i recommend it to anyone

Pros: 1. very near to Bugis mrt station, bugis street, shoopping complexes and restaurants 2. Friendly staff Cons: 1. building/rooms are old and need to be refurbished ( the picture of the building itself on expedia/agoda is misleading and the real building looked more dodgy and old) 2. Got bitten by bed mites on both beds in the room (more than 10 bites per person and it still itches even though its already 5 days) Based on the experience i had, i would not return to this hotel at all

Unpleasant.
This hotel should not be classified as hotel. Only as backpackers hostel dirty and unpleasant. I definitely will NOT return to this hotel. I left day early and went to booked somewhere else. Cost me lots MORE. But at least I were more comfortable and clean.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pictures of hotel rooms need to be updated. Rooms you see are not what you get. Should also show photo of hotel entrance., this will put you off. Hotel is located in a very good area. Close to food, shopping ,Chinatown and Little India. Highly overpriced.

Beach Hotel Jan 2018
The location of the hotel is central to various tourist attractions. It is also a block away from the Bugis Metro station so you can basically get anywhere in the country as well as the airport. I was able to walk to the Marina Bay area to check out the lighted trees, ferris wheel, the harbor area, National Gallery, National Singapore Museum, Singapore Art Musem. I accessed the Bugis station to ride the subway to the Singapore Zoo and Chiangi Airport. The hotel itself spans around 5 floors vertically, with a small horizontal footprint. The ground floor is just the elevator entrance and is occupied by a buffet hot pot restaurant that stays open to 5 a.m. I recommend this restaurant for a late night last resort meal as well as a first choice as it is always packed with locals. The hotel room is quite basic, clean, a bit dated, and sufficient wifi. The check in staff is quite helpful with directions on taking the public transportation to the locales.

Stayed only a few hours as we were going on a cruise and the aircraft arrived just after midnight. Don’t expect too much. It is not a 5 star hotel or resort. Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable and the linen clean. Staff rang for a Uber to take us to the cruise centre. Lots of eating places nearby.
