"Check-in was fine, room was not cleaned properly…not vacuumed, wet washcloth hanging over shower bar, mirror with toothpaste splatter, soap dish soapy, missing wheel on desk chair so couldn’t use it. Outside side door kept unlocked. Told checkout attendant, Sherry all this and all she did was hand me my receipt! No “I’m sorry”, or “we will address this” nothing!"
