"VERY brief stay to catch early morning flight. Staff very friendly and helpful taking us to an excellent restaurant and taking us to airport at 5 am. English was a slight problem , but we did ok. Rooms were very basic but clean. Very comfortable bed. Located very close to airport in an industrial, but not there for a holiday"

When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. The shower was the smallest I have ever encountered - 20 inches by 20 inches (.5 meter x .5 meter). The lukewarm water dribbled out - barely, meaning that it was very difficult to rinse the soap off. "This is a class act. Everything is well thought out. The staff could not have been more helpful. It really is a boutique hotel and you feel like family. The toiletries were excellent and well packaged. The dishes for the breakfast were charming. The bed and shower were great. It is very quiet. It is truly amazing to find such quality located in a rental car parking lot. But it is totally convenient."

"The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The room was spacious with huge windows, bed was cozy & great pillows. The bathroom was large & always clean. Our only disappointment was that the pool was full but not open to swimming until May and we were there last week in April. We were served drinks by the pool at least. The view from the huge hotel deck was fabulous! Slightly outside Catania's outrageous driving traffic."
