Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? Sauna area was good but there was no convenient way from...

"Leider kein Entgegenkommen bei früherer Anreise. Uns wurde nicht mal die Möglichkeit angeboten, unser Gepäck im Hotel bis zum Check-In abzustellen. Wir mussten den extra Early Check-In buchen. "

"Great place to stay. Away from everything by about 30 minutes. Nice play area and indoor soccer court for the kids. 4 stars because they didnt give us the room we purchased. We ended up getting it fixed but had issues upon arrival. Food and drink was expensive but because its so far from everything, you have no other option. "
