"We Loved breakfast options, we were quite pleasantly surprised to have evening food options. Perfect for dinner. Pasta, chicken, spinach salad and free drinks. Nachos.. they had hot dogs but unfortunately either the bread was bad or hotdogs were spoiled. We had an issue with bathroom shower and room phone. "What I didn’t like was , I was booked in a room near the construction noise. When I complained about the noise my room was changed to a room far away from the noise. The question is why not place your customers away from the noise without them asking? Once you run out of rooms, then book near the noise if there is no other option. Also, I called the front desk and asked for additional hangers. After an hour I called again. The third time I asked if I come just come down and pick them up....

"The staff is friendly and the hotel is great for families. However, our room when we checked in had trash in the bathroom, 2 cans. No big deal. But the half the electrical outlets did not work in the hotel room. Which is not great, when all your kids want to charge their phones and electronics. Also, the jacuzzi in the main pool did not work. Thankfully, they have other pools to go to."
