"Friendly staff greeted me at every encounter, the food at the bar and restaurant was vey good i highly recommend the breaded cauliflower yum easy check in and check out. The only negative and i mean ONLY was that the hot tub jets were nonexistent the employee said they will be fixing it soon"

"This place needs a make over and some! This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star prices - find somewhere else! We had an end unit with and the room had black out curtains - great for a good nights sleep… oh, but there’s another window that has a blind that lets the sun in at sunrise — go figure?! The bathroom is small and poorly appointed. Check in was terrible and slow - not enough staff on, even though they knew it would be busy. The adult pool is situated just below a nice patio that serves breakfast and brunch to all customers - those that could stand heavy house and trance blasting at 10+ would be the ones that are and stayed I guess. Paying this much for a room is daylight robbery. Very unhappy customer "

"Staff was one of the nicest workers I have had at a hotel. Very welcoming and good energy. Was an amazing experience and definitely will be back in the future for Coachella. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in Palm Springs. Amazing pools, clean rooms, and amazing staff."
