Spontaner Kurztrip

Wir konnten spontan ein Zimmer buchen und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Essen war traumhaft und das Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Wir kommen wieder!

The spa is downright false advertising. The hotel website has a whole page about the spa, featuring various steam rooms, etc, and saying the wellness area is open starting 8 in the morning. The reality is that all wellness facilities remained closed in the morning with the exception of a lukewarm bathtub sized whirlpool even after we complained to the hotel manager. Given that we picked this hotel because of the spa this was quite a turnoff. The room and the hotel bar were all right.

Vorbildlicher Betrieb

Sehr angenehmes Haus, wo man sich vom ersten Moment an Willkommen gefühlt hat. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Arvenholzmöbel und wunderschönem Badezimmer.. viele inkludierte Extras und freundliches Personal. Sehr schöner Frühstücks-Saal. Kurz gesagt, ein Haus das man nur weiterempfehlen kann!

Netter Empfang, ich wurde in mein Zimmer geführt,wohlweislich, es hätte sicher eine Weile gedauert bis ich es gefunden hätte. Das Zimmer war voll zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Der Geruch des Arvenholzschrankes wunderbar, alles sauber, Armsessel und Leselampe sowie ein Schreibtisch vorhanden. Das kleine Badezimmer mit Dusche punkto Komfort und Sauberkeit ist nicht zu überbieten, sieht ganz neu aus. Die Wellnessanlage habe ich nicht benutzt. Es wurde mir aber offeriert, dass ich mich dort vor meiner Heimreise noch duschen und umziehen dürfe. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt sowie auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung bis zur Abreise.

Ungleiche Zimmer

Ich habe 2 Zimmer für uns reserviert und war sehr enttäuscht, dass diese trotz angeblich gleicher Kategorie und gleichem Preis sehr unterschiedlich waren. Unsere Freund könnten sich im Badezimmer kaum rühren, Ablagemöglichkeiten fehlten ganz. Die Erklärung ihres Personals war, dass dafür ein Balkon genutzt werden könne. Es war für mich peinlich, weil wir das weitaus grössere Zimmer hatten und sehr zufrieden waren. Alle anderen Belange waren tipptop, speziell die Bedienung.

Tolles Hotel in grandioser Szene

Das Personal ist unglaublich höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, sei es an der Rezeption, an der Bar, beim Abendessen oder Frühstücken! Zudem war die Bedienung überall sehr effizient, kein langes Warten. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt, in bestem Zustand und sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war ordentlich gross und mit toller Aussicht über die Dächer auf die gewaltigen Berge. Das Rauschen des Gletscherbachs hat uns in einen tiefen Schlaf gewiegt und die ganze Nacht begleitet.

Ein Hotel wo der Gast "nicht stört".

Hier spürte man den Unterschied zwischen Professionalität oder "haben sich Mühe gegeben"! Man ist bei gut ausgebildetem Personal einfach besser aufgehoben. Auch das Essen ist hervorragend. Allfällige Spezialwünsche sind für das Personal selbstverständlich und werden i.d.R. auch gleich erfüllt. Die Direktion - Frau Petermann - zeigt viel Präsenz im Betrieb und das Personal scheint einen guten Umgang miteinander zu haben. Dies alles trägt zu einer hohen Kompetenz aller bei. Das Hotel Edelweiss bleibt für uns im Engadin die erste Wahl.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, das Bad etwas klein, aber alles tip top sauber. Am Abend gabs einen Welcome-Drink und danach speisten wir ausgezeichnet im Arvenstübli. Das Frühstück war sensationell im beeindruckenden Saal. Bei der Verabschiedung gab man uns Wassflaschen für die Fahrt und ein kleines Präsentli mit. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!!
