"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). "The check-in was awkward & lengthy as the front desk is unattended. If I had booked directly, I believe it would have been more straightforward. The room was very clean & the breakfast buffet was much better than expected."
