We had a magnificent stay at this hotel. In spite of a late arrival we were able to check in easily. The room was neat, clean and spacious. The breakfast was lovely and had a huge selection of local produce. The best part was the friendly staff who worked here and made our stay so enjoyable.

Jeg bestilte et enkeltværelse og blev henvist til et annex. Slæbte selv min kuffert op på 4. sal i drøn varme (jeg er 70 +). Først senere opdagede, at der fandtes en elevator i bygningens modsatte ende. Det havde været rart at få det oplyst ved check-in!!!!! Bortset fra det fungerede det hele. og der var masser ag P-pladser. Selve området er smukt og rart. Jeg booker nok samme sted en anden gang.

Nogle dage før ankomst modtog vi en besked fra hotellet om, at receptionen lukkede kl. 12 om søndagen, hvor vi skulle ankomme efter kl. 15. Vi skulle derfor tjekke ind på søsterhotellet, som lå nogle få hundrede meter fra vores hotel. Vi havde på forhånd skrevet en mail om, at vi havde behov for ekstra hovedpuder, men denne mail var desværre ikke modtaget - vi havde i hvert fald ikke fået ekstra hovedpuder. Dér hvor vi tjekkede ind, kunne de desværre ikke hjælpe med hovedpuder, men en sød og hjælpsom receptionist på søsterhotellet skaffede 2 dyner, som vi kunne bruge som hovedpude. Det fungerede desværre ikke særlig godt. Værelset lå oppe under taget, vinduet kunne åbnes, men da det blæste meget, kunne det ikke stå åbent. En stormkrog havde været dejligt. Heldigvis var værelset udstyret med en ventilator. Et must på et hotelværelse i Danmark om sommeren er mørklægningsgardin/-rullegardin. Her fandtes kun flortynde gardiner, som kun var til pynt. Der var fint og rent (bortset fra en teske på radiatoren i værelset) og omgivelserne var flotte. Det personale vi mødte var meget venlige og imødekommende. Morgenmaden var meget lækker, lokale produkter og der var, hvad vi kunne bruge. Ikke det største udvalg, men meget lækkert.

Jeg har lige boet hos jer i 2 nætter, jeg nød mit ophold, var der i forbindelse med FDF Landslejr, dejligt tæt på parkering med bil og shuttlebusser til at køre det sidste stykke ned til lejren, der var bare det at da jeg kom tilbage til hotellet var der et skilt på døren at i lukker kl 12 om søndagen, det havde jeg ikke lige læst og blev noget overrasket, de næste 500 meter ned til et andet hotel for at få noget mad, det kunne jeg ikke lige klare og efter at have været i lejren hele dagen og gået ca 9000 skridt med en rollator på slæb var for meget, jeg gik sulten i seng, næste morgen var jeg nede til morgenmad og uheldigvis var den røræg der var lavet ikke klar til at kunne spises. Jeg læste også at i tilfælde af brand skulle man benytte trapperne det ville jeg heller ikke have været i stand til, mit værelse var på 4 etage. Næste gang må jeg være sikker på at værelset er længere nede før jeg skal bo hos jer, personalet var super venlige og værelset spotless men enormt varmt, der var kun et lille vindue der kunne åbnes med en hasp, ventilatoren der stod i rummet var for lille til at gøre nogen nytte.

Først - der er INTET personale på hotellet om søndagen. Tjek-in foregår på nabohotellet 700 m væk (ved udlevering af en kuvert), hvilket stod på døren, da vi stod. Med vores kufferter og havde misset en mail, da vi de foregående tre dage havde været stort set uden netforbindelse. Vi fik et meget lille dobbeltværelse (431) oppe under taget, som kun blev mindre af skråvæggene. Værelset størrelse svarede slet ikke til billederne på hotel.coms site. Havde vi vidst dette havde vi booket et andet hotel. Pga manglende personale kunne vi intet gøre. Dette værelse passer bedre til et enkeltværelse. Pga størrelsen og dårlig indretning, bl.a. et stort gulv-til-loft skab ved væggen overfor sengen, sad tv’et oppe under loftet over den ene side af sengen, så man fik hold i nakken af at se på skærmen, og da alt var lukket kunne vi ikke engang opholde os et andet sted på hotellet om aftenen. Badeværelset var til gengæld meget stort og pænt, dog med noget tynde håndklæder. Morgenmaden var okay men meget basic.
