"I had a long layover in Istanbul and needed an affordable place to sleep. Found this place on Expedia. The rooms are clean and have basic amenities. The staff is very polite and welcoming. It takes 12 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. I took the cab from the airport and their driver took me back. If I would travel that route again, I definitely would stay there."

"The welcome process, room amenities, and opportunities are perfect. If you want to stay on your business trip near of Tuyap convention center then the location is very good. Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. The staff definitely needs very good training."

Cuando llamamos nos dieron la dirección por whatsapp, fuimos hasta el lugar y cuando llegamos estábamos fuera de otro hotel (hotel mana). Volvimos a llamar y nos dijeron que era allí. "Overall pleasant stay rooms were great, but there was issue with the wifi( not secure enough) someone hacked our email and my kids app store on ipad, but we recovered back. Also we tried to bill to our room when we purchase whether to use the spa service or in the pool, we couldn’t, we had to pay separately all the time. We complained to reception but they just said they will investigate thats all. No apology or tried to do anything. Also for 5 star hotel food was average."

"We found this hotel last minute after a hiccup in our trip. But it ended up being one of our highlights in our short layover in Istanbul. Such a kind staff and was super helpful when we ran into a taxi driver who was trying to rip us off. Lovely and spotless and they even had cats. Thank you for a beautiful stay and hope your hotel succeeds! "
