"Our family of 4 came in May 2026, 2 girls age 6 and 9. The hotel was nice and the pool and excellent proximity to the beach was great! Our girls enjoyed the balcony pool. Nice restaurant (we only really ate one restaurant few minutes from the hotel on the beach called somewhere else was yummy, very affordable and also great view of the beach). We’d definitely stay at Lanta Sand again. "

"If I could give this place 6/5 stars I would. We absolutely loved everything about it. The staff were so helpful, we had all our laundry done for about £13, a scooter booked for us that was delivered straight to the hotel. They handled everything and so quickly. We stayed in one of the lagoon rooms and we are so pleased we chose it, it was so spacious, the room was spotless, the spa bath was lovely on a stormy evening - you could have told me that we were the first ever guests and I would have believed you as it all looked brand new. The lunchtime food was super tasty and we loved happy hour watching the sunset. "

"We enjoyed this resort from the moment we arrived, extended our stay the day after arriving. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Everything we needed was easily accessible. Kayaks, and snorkels provided for use, restaurant was great. Everything was amazing. We stayed for 7 nights. Exploring was easy on a scooter, other places we wouldn't even think about driving, but Koh lanta is very chill. A beach front villa is what we had. Amazing! Very much recommend if you're looking to relax and enjoy local amenities"

"I had a great time here, it's very clean and literally on the beach. We barely left the resort. It's not huge menu but what they do have is nice and plenty of places nearby. If you want to sit on the beach and relax all day I would really recommend!"

"Beyond PERFECT! We had an amazing stay at this resort. The staff were outstanding from start to finish - friendly, attentive and always willing to accommodate our requests. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was absolutely breathtaking -Allowing for some amazing sunsets. Happy hour was also a nice surprise with an assortment of cocktails both with/without alcohol. The beach front was very clean with pure white sand crystal clear water and several little shops down the beach. We stayed in a pool villa which was very private, spacious and extremely clean. The resort also had a great variety of food and drinks options - all of which were excellent. Several massage and restaurants located within steps of the grounds. Overall this was the perfect experience and we would definitely stay here again!!!! Bonus, you can even buy the hotel beach bag as a souvenir!!! "
