What awesome rooms!!
This is a wonderful boutique hotel close to the beach. The room was large and clean with a very comfortable bed with a nice balcony and bathroom. The room overlooked the pool and out of the room door you looked down on some aste ground. The bar was very unusual as you sat on chairs in a very shallow part of the pool. Breakfast was on the third floor where there was a great sea view. The staff there were very helpful and spoke reasonable English. The food was also plentiful, tasty and varied. I think this area could also double as a cool roof top bar with a view.

Comfy, modern hotel that needs improvements
Nice, modern hotel with very comfy bed, modern room and bathroom. Staff very, very friendly - however it’s a new hotel and the staff are still learning the trade. We can’t recommend the food here as tried it on two occasions and was dissapointed both times. Buffet breakfast was ok. The local area is quite dead with the roads unpaved, building work every corner and a lack of tuktuks waiting outside the hotel. Linen and towels smelt of smoke (from fire) can assume they were air dried near a fire.

Hotel is a bit far from shops and town but the staff are very friendly and the room was quite nice.

Amazing hotel with a great pool
This is the must stay place at anywhere on Otres Beach 2 . Step out of your bottom floor room balcony right into the pool. Beautiful trees and a backdrop of a jungle. The only drawback is to access the beach you have to walk down the street but it’s the nicest place around and brand new. It’s also 1/2 the price of the lesser hotels in the area . Amazing stay!!

Nice new hotel but lots of construction
This area of Otres is very new - there is construction everywhere in the area and the roads have not been properly built, still sand and construction materials around the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely - the rooms are great but there’s a lot of work to be done here generally. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once. Despite asking several times, our sheets were not changes and new towels were not provided. The shower and toilet are separate but the sink and bathtub are in the bedroom next to the bed which is a bit annoying if you are sharing. The pool is nice but there are only 6 loungers available to share between all guests. Breakfast buffet was included in our room rate and it was perfectly fine. Standard mix of western and Asian breakfasts provided. The hotel was 2 weeks old when we stayed and although the staff are really nice and friendly, there is a general sense of lack of experience. I wouldn’t rate this hotel as 5*. Sure, the rooms are nice but the service and facilities aren’t great. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the beach where there are other beach hotels and restaurants. The hotel is set back 2 streets from the beach so there’s no section of the beach or loungers reserved for this hotel, you will have to pay to use another resort’s facilities You will hear construction noise as there are several other hotels being built surrounding this hotel. Overall a good experience.

Hotel leek op een donkere grot, er was geen verlichting vanwege energiebesparing zei men.. bar en zwembad waren gesloten, het leek erop dat er geen andere gasten in het hotel verbleven, volgens de receptionist was iedereen naar het strand (het was 11 uur ‘s avonds) Verder wilde men dat ik vooraf contant zou betalen, en verwees mij naar een ATM 1km verderop. Toen ik begon te aarzelen of ik in dit hotel wilde inchecken, verlaagde men de prijs naar us$ 20 per nacht. Ik heb toen besloten te vertrekken. De omgeving waar het hotel staat is in the middle of nowhere en ziet er erg onveilig uit!

Hotel tout neuf, chambre tres spacieuse et tres bien equipee, piscine originale, manque des transats, plage superbe a 3 minutes à pied. Gros bémol: l'environnement! Des détritus partout avec les odeurs, des travaux partout, une route qui n'en est pas une, plutôt une piste. La plage et la mer sont propres et tres agréables.

Inget ställe för den som vill ha det smidigt.
Service: Stort problem var kommunikationen. Fanns bara enstaka som kunde "okej" Engelska och dem befann sig i receptionen. T ex skulle man äta och beställa så fick man peka på menyn och vara övertydlig. Servitrisen förstod inte heller "Coke Zero" eller "Cola Zero".. försökte förklara t om att de finns 3 olika sorters cola.. och jag vill ha den "svarta". Hon fick t om ta upp "google translate". Beställde 4 st... då kommer hon med 3 st "diet coke"... fick springa ner med henne till baren då dem har flera våningar och har då all dricka i baren längst ner. När vi är där nere så säger dem att dem aldrig haft Cola Zero. Men jag fick cola zero flera dagar i rad tidigare. Så i det stora hela på den biten skulle hotellet vinna på att göra sin personal lite mera språkkunniga för att kunna locka mera folk. För till slut man ville inte vara på hotellet och äta eller be om något för de blev bara jobbigt för en själv. Även om man ser att en del försöker så räcker de ändå inte. Närområde: I hela området har dem problem med elen. Hotellet har en extra källa.. men många av våra dagar gick strömmen. En gång kom dem och sa till att nu försvinner strömmen i 1 timme. Det är bra när dem säger till. Men sen upprepa det är inte okej utan att säga till. Renlighet/Skick: ""Städat""... har man lite ögon så ser man t ex i duschen att de kommer inte dröja länge innan det blir svartmögel där. Då hela hotellet är ett "fuskbygge".

다시 또 가고 싶은 호텔
주변 지역이 공사중이라 어수선하고 찾기 힘든 위치에 있는 점을 빼면 만족스럽니다. 프론트, 레스토랑, 바에 있는 직원들이 모두 친절합니다. 건물은 새로 지은지 얼마 안된 느낌이고 방 내부의 청결상태도 양호합니다.

飯店整體不錯,晚餐也很美味,但員工素質有待加強
相較第一天在暹粒的飯店,這家有些員工英文不太好,聽不懂我們的需求,有時候有諮詢項目也要跟同事確認,感覺員工經驗不夠。再來是回訊息的速度相當緩慢,都住兩天離開了才回覆。另外,第一家暹粒的飯店知道我們一早落地,即安排空房並幫我們免費升級,這家就比較不彈性,建議旅客的行程規劃依照飯店的規定,2點check in。但飯店整體還不錯,晚餐的餐點也非常美味。

Neues Hotel in 2. Strandreihe, noch nicht im vollen Betrieb. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es gab noch einige Unstimmigkeiten beim Ablauf, z.B. Frühstück. Ist aber sicher der unmittelbaren Eröffnung geschuldet, wir konnten damit leben. Zimmer sehr modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten. Punktabzug haben wir nur wegen der Startprobleme gegeben.

Nie wieder! Unverschämt teuer!
Schlechter Service, Amateurhafte Leitung, Sauberkeit unteres Niveau. Bestellter Transfer / Abholung Flughafen kam gar nicht erst und reagiert wurde auch nicht auf Anfrage. Keine Unsetzung von Reklamationen! Die Umgebung ums Hotel gleicht einem Slum- Abfall, Dreck und Baustellen!

Neues Hotel in zweiter Reihe
Die Zimmer waren toll für den Preis. Momentan (Februar 2018) wird enorm viel gebaut um das Hotel. Leider war das Personal (Reception) Unfähigkeit und frech. Gebuchte Transporte wurden winfach sorniert und und gesagt, wir müssten nun mehr als das doppelte bezahlen!!! In der Diskusion wurden wir leider nur ausgelacht. Ich würde nicht mehr hin.
