"Great location when visiting Assisi. Staff was great and breakfast was one I’d go back for seconds. Only downside was no AC and it was fairly warm for an October evening. So we had to sleep with the windows open which wasn’t the most quiet rest we got. "

Breakfast is delicious with Carmine's wife making the daily bread. The hotel is modern and new within ancient travertine construction. We loved our stay here."

"It is run by a sister and brother who is super helpful. Our room is facing the little so it's a bit noisy depending who were screaming outside in the middle of the night. The breakfast was very good with freshly baked goods. Highly recommended."

"This is a gem in Assisi. I stayed here for one night before checking into another place in the historical town centre. The resort is super clean and quiet which allows you to relax as the town centre can sometimes be crowded with tour groups. There is a sauna in the room, also the view from the hotel is magnificent where you can see the panoramic view of the whole historical centre of Assisi. "What a GEM of a place! The gentlemen at the BnB was kind and works really hard to keep this place in tip top shape. He is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The BnB is very clean and comfortable, everything we expected and more. I wished we had plan a day or two longer in Assisi, we would have been at home here. "It was an excellent location to visit the Basilica Saint Francis. The parking was free and incredibly close. I have been in Assisi many times and I’ve never found such great parking. The owner was very communicative via WhatsApp and he was very helpful. They held our bags for us for the day and were very accommodating. The location can’t be any more central."
