The family running the property was extremely friendly, kind and helpful to me. We communicated using Google Translate as my Greek is poor and their English, the same.
My room was small but was very comfortable, with the view from my balcony excellent.
If you have rented a car, access is easy. Walking was harder, as the recommended trail to and from Kamares takes about 17 minutes.
