"Fantastic pre-arrival communication from owner Gina, and a warm welcome when eventually reaching this idyllic place. Note that the location-pin shown on Google Maps is not accurate. It appears to show the accommodation to be in an urban area - it's not - it's very remote! So ignore any booking sites that state that there's a bar or shop within 100m - there really isn't! "From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "
