"Great location and lovely hotel right in the heart of Madrid's shopping and theatre district. Just a short walk to great dining options and the Royal Palace. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was good and rooms were well appointed."

"Girls at the front desk super friendly, very helpful, very knowledgable. Wi-Fi was fast. Air-conditioning was easy to use. The bed was comfortable & linens were nice. Loved the rain shower and always hot water. Windows blocked out all the pedestrian noise. Gift bag with free water and breakfast croissant each morning was a welcome surprise. Thank you!! "

"Fantastic stay. Wonderful and very friendly staff, who went above and beyond with everything we needed. Incredibly delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Rooms were great if a bit dark, beds comfortable. We did get a bit hot, as the A/C was not fantastic, and it was middle of summer. Really well located, across the street from Parque del Retiro. Overall would highly recommend it."

"Great hotel in good location. Right across from Sevilla metro. Rooms very well appointed and all amenities including a nespresso machine. One of the best breakfasts I have had in madrid. Staff are polished and everyone says good morning. Woujd highly recommend if you can get a good price "
