"I liked that the hotel was new and the decor had a great asthetic! The furnishings were nice and modern! The rating was lower because there was a motion sensor in the rooms and the lights went out several times including when I was in the shower. It was funny at first after we discovered the issue, but quite annoying when it happened repeatedly. My son got up to use the restroom in the wee hours of the morning and the lights came on and disrupted my sleep.

"I decided on the Ojai Retreat and Inn instead of a traditional hotel setting. We were so glad we made this choice, as the property is beautiful and serene with the mountains as a backdrop. We absolutely loved the waterfall meditation garden. The whole property is so great! They offered a continental breakfast, free self-parking, and had a spacious, quiet room for reading. All in all, hands down a five-star experience. I will definitely be back!"

"Bathroom was very clean as far as I could tell. Amenities were body wash and shampoo in the shower, and 4 shower caps on the bathroom counter. Air conditioner and outside street noise were very noisy but I was able to sleep through it. Mattresses are very soft and slept-in, but that's expected at this level of hotel. Office staff were courteous and nice. They'll ask for your car's license plate when you check in for parking purposes."

"The airstream itself was immaculate. The grounds were welcoming and beautifully maintained. And even the communal bathrooms were clean. Caravan Outpost was also well located in Ojai and we walked everywhere. Yes, the space was tight - especially the shower. But it’s an airstream!
