"Greeted by helpful, knowledgable and friendly staff. Needed to go back to airport in morning to retrieve lost luggage, hotel arranged a taxi with a set price of 20$. The taxi driver spoke to baggage agent on phone in Spanish and walked us to the place to meet and pick up our luggage. He never left us stranded.
