"Reception staff were very helpful, we arrived early for check-in so the staff very kindly offered to let us get changed and look after our luggage until our room was ready. Room was very clean, air conditioning was amazing (during heat wave!), fresh towels whenever requested, WiFi spot on, very little to no noise from other guests or outside and location was perfect, 2 min walk to shops, restaurants and beaches. Honestly can’t fault anything about the stay. Even let us store our luggage...

"Rooms were ok and towels changed everyday and bed was made, but despite requesting addition hand and shower soap they were never replaced nor was the floor cleaned which was disappointing. Breakfast and evening meal was good, plenty of options. Staff were nice and friendly. Location was good close to beach, indoor market, supermarkets and bars.
