"Heerlijk hotel direct aan het strand. Zeer aangename medewerkers die echt voor je klaarstaan. Kamers dik in orde, wel wat schimmel in de douche, maar de douche is wel erg fijn met lekkere zeep. Erg fijne bedden. Hotel is niet supergroot maar het zwembad is wel aan de kleine kant. Het aantal bedjes is veel te weinig. Er staan ook Balinese bedden maar daar moet je € 60 (!!) voor betalen. "We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. "Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived and were greeted like friends with care and patience from the staff on reception this was a memorable stay. The bar staff are fabulous and courteous and help you with Spanish / English and when you get it right it’s “Perfecto”. "If you're working in the technology park or want to stay away from downtown Valencia, this is a very good place. The breakfast is good and the bartenders are great. The room was more than sufficient for my needs and very clean. Great hotel overall and there's a nearby restaurant about a block away that has excellent paella and jamon."
