A true oasis. The hotel is nice, including the atrium and pool. Staff polite and helpful, always either attentive to guests or busying themselves with some detailed cleaning. We got the pool area for ourselves in the late afternoon, the maids were wiping water from the floor soon after i left the pool. In an unobtrusive way, bowing and smiling. Best place during our Thai/Cambodia trip.

Nice hotel
We were picked up at the airport with no hassle. Our room was a 3x twin bed room so we did not have a terrace like most of the other rooms. The view out of our window wasn’t the best although it wasn’t a big deal. The staff were all very nice and attentive especially the receptionist who we met at the airport. Sorry I can’t spell your name but thumbs up to you and your lovely smile :)

Treasure oasis Hotel, Siem Reap
We chose this hotel to suit our budget and so we were not looking for five star. Having said that it is very good value for the cost. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and service is superb. The breakfast included in the cost included a wide choice of food from continental style with cereals and toast and Danish, to salads, fresh fruit and many local dishes in the Bain Marie's. There is a lovely pool and a small fitness centre. We used both. But let me come back to the service as that was five star in a hotel that was not claiming five stars. Firstly it did it's 4 stars to a very high level for everything it offered. But the service was superb. Everyone was so friendly and we were always greeted as we left and returned. All requests were quickly met...such as extra pillows or help organizing transport to the bus depot and information about local places to eat. And always help to get a Tuk Tuk to take us. It was situated across the road from an enormous supermarket and that was a huge plus. We were able to buy fresh sliced fruits there to take on the long bus trip back to Phnom Penh. Just a few doors down from the hotel was a superb Cambodian vegetarian eatery called Chamkar House. Being close tot hat was fantastic. We would certainly return to the Treasure Oasis Hotel in Siem Reap again.

Excellent! Totally recommend it.
Great Great Staff service. This hotel has everything. Very comfortable and clean. The hotel offers transportation, Massage, Gym, Pool... very good service and facilities. The breakfast at the Restaurant is good. We also had lunch and dinner a couple of times. Easy to get transportation outside hotel and to move around. Totally recommend it.

Great value very pleasant rooms.
Lovely modern rooms in a traditional hotel. Authentic lobby setting with a cute central water feature lounge area. The pool and loungers are great. The assistant manager is very charming and helpful. The hotel is about 10 min on Tuktuk from town down a dusty back street. Excellent local laundry a few doors down from hotel costs $1/kg to wash dry and fold -clothes never been so clean!! Overall good value and a pleasant stay.

A friendly member of staff awaited us at the airport. Staff were great and very accommodating. An excellent buffet breakfast was included. Plenty of smiles and staff willing to learn/practice their English.

Refreshing pool
I’m sure the pool was chilled and so lovely to come back to. Beautiful service and close to most things. Walkable to town but in the heat take a tuk tuk as they are so cheap.

Tho we have issue with the air con at mid night, the staff tried their best to help. The hardware of this hotel may not be excellent but their service is great.

I really like this hotel and it was clean. The staff were very nice. It was not located on a busy street so it was not noisy. It only took 2 dollars to take a tuk-tuk to the Night Market. The breakfast was okay. Overall, would recommend.

The staff is friendly and sincere after Cambodian fashion. They treat you as not just guests of their hotel, but guests in their country striving toake sure your needs are met inside their walls and out. They understand most travel to Siem Reap is for Angkor Wat and the surrounding Temples and they accommodate for that. Wether using their travel offerings or not, they treat you the same.

Good Hotel
The hotel is value for the money. In a great location (only a 5 minute tuk-tuk ride to the Angkor Night Markets and 20 minute ride to the temples). The staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Chan who arranged our temple car and tour guide for us. Breakfast options for vegetarians was a bit limited but there was fresh fruit and toast. Some of the staff did not speak English so it was a bit difficult communicating at times but overall, the room was very comfortable. They upgraded us to a nicer room which was very much appreciated.

Exceptional service and best ever breakfast buffet
I booked Treasure Oasis at the last min due to a disaster 1 hr stay of the Hang Tep Hotel ( horrible @ everything ) . As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by 3 different staff and they accommodated me right away even though they were fully booked. They put me in their last room that had a cracked bathtub, which I didn't care. The room overall was decent, decor a bit old, though the most important thing was cleaniness, safety and comfort which Treasure Oasis did that for me. The front desk manager told me that they are in the process of upgrading their rooms as they adopted their name from Angkor Home Hotel ( the old name ) about 3 months ago. The buffet breakfast is THE best -- exceptional quality and selection ( eg. porridge, omelet, noodle soup, pancake, french toast, pastry, fried rice , etc .... ) You can't really be disappointed and they don't serve the exact same thing daily. The hotel is right off the main road , about 1.5 miles from the old market / pub street . I would definitly come back to them next time !

アンコールマーケットのすぐ近くにあるホテルです。フロントの方も親切でよく冷えたおいしいウェルカムドリンクと冷たいおしぼりを出してくれました！1階は吹き抜けで噴水があり良い雰囲気でこのお値段で？！とびっくりしました｡カードキーも使い勝手よく感度もよかったです。冷蔵庫、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ソープ、シャワーキャップのアメニティが揃っておりミネラルウォーターを毎日補充してくれます。ダブルの部屋に一人で泊まっていたので2本毎日清掃の度に補充されてありがたかったです。お部屋も広くエアコンもよく効いて快適な滞在でした！ 空港からのバスがCDF(アンコール免税店)とアンコールマーケットに停まるという情報を信じてバスを使いましたが、バスはCDFが最終です！降りた途端にトゥクトゥクにつかまりますので交渉の心の準備を！私は疲れていたので日本語をしゃべるふっかけてくる奴に捕まってしまったのでご注意をｗｗCDFからなら2ドルくらいが相場のはずです。 ホテルは最高です。3泊中1泊目はたくさん宿泊客がいたためか朝食ブッフェでしたが2，3泊目は注文式でした。1番のヌードルがすごくおいしいのでおすすめです。 みなさま、日本語をしゃべるトゥクトゥクにはご注意を！！アンコールワットまでも離れていないので立地も非常にいいです。楽しい滞在でした！ありがとう！！

酒店很乾淨 完全看不見房內有蚊 員工服務很好 酒店亦有早餐盒提供 但電力於晚間時經常中斷 幸好停電時間只是很短暫的

Accueil fantastique
Dès notre arrivée l'accueil a été fantastique. Tout le personnnel se met en 4 pour que votre sejour soit agréable. La propreté est irréprochable dans tout l'hôtel. Notre chambre est spacieuse et dispose d'un balcon donnant sur la piscine (pratique pour faire sécher le linge), d'un coffre, d'un frigo (2 bouteilles d'eau gratuites sont fournies chaque jour), de peignoirs et pantoufles. La salle de bain est assez grande avec une baignoire et un large plan de travail avec articles de toilette renouvelés chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner est super complet avec du chaud et du froid. La piscine est très agréable et au calme. L'hôtel est situé proche de la route principale mais néanmoins au calme. Il dispose d'un ascenseur.

快適に過ごせます。
とても過ごしやすく、スタッフはみな礼儀正しく親切。ただし部屋のシャワーが日によってぬるま湯しか出ないこともあり、また水道の水黄ばんだ水しか出ないのが気になった。 歩いてすぐに大きなスーパーマーケットがあるので、買い物は便利。ナイトマーケットやオールドマーケットなどはかなり遠く、歩くと40分くらいかからます。

可以再入住的酒店
酒店位置方便！附近有大型超市！離市中心十分鐘車程！出入方便又不太熱鬧！酒店職員友善！房間舒適整潔！如果再去Siem reap 會再入住

체크아웃 후 샤워가눙하댜구뤠서 요청했더니 무슨 호텔쪽도 아닌 훼텔안쪽? ㅇㅔ어컨도 안나오는곳에 줌.. 와이파이느림 조식 맛있으나 종류가 없음 매일 똑같.. 오물렛에서 서양인과의 인종차별을 느꼈음,,이호텔자체가 서양사람들이 많음 한국사람 없는곳에 묵고싶은사람은 조흘거가타여

熱忱服務的好旅館，美味的食物與舒適房間令人開心，距離酒吧街蠻遠的需要搭車
令人舒適的四星旅館，櫃台人員專業熱忱，早餐很好，晚餐更是令人驚艷，雖然價格有點稍微高，但是能try正宗柬埔寨式料理，比起搭車去夜市或酒吧街，會是更好的選擇。游泳池剛整修完成，也有健身房可以使用，不過團客也不少，遇到團客時候難免會有些吵雜，這時候就躲回豪華的房間好好休息吧！ I had a very pleasant experience of staying at the Treasure Oasis Hotel. The first and the most important, the staffs here always give you big smile and if you need, they are very helpful. The lobby and the room just like pics, just get into this hotel, you feel the heat and tired already gone. The room is very comfortable and clean, the swimming pool is not big but just been fresh, the breakfast is good, especially the noodle, and we had dinner in the restaurant. Amazing Cambodia type food, don't waste your time go to pub street, eat here and take good rest. But this hotel might get lots Tourists, they will show up early morning, that time the restaurant will full of people, if possible, I recommend you guys maybe go for breakfast around 7:30 am might be ok. Finally, I want to say Thank You My Bro, Visoth . Really nice to get your perfect service and good to meet you. Good Luck

Hotel bellissimo! E di lusso! Camera e letto grandi! Personale disponibilissimo è anche troppo gentile! Unico inconveniente il puzzo di fogna che proveniva dal bagno! Sopportabile ma sgradevole!

ゆったりリッチな気分に浸れます
日本から「Concierge」とメールで連絡を取り合い、自分で企画した観光の車の手配やら空港送迎サービス - お迎えやら対応を色々とお願いしたところ、メールのリスポンス、丁寧さ、現地での対応は素晴らしかったです。 ２泊滞在したのですが、朝食バイキングは１回、プール、フィットネス施設は全く活用できず、日本人的な観光スケジュールでは、早朝から深夜までホテルにいないので少しもったいない気持でもありました。 朝食バイキングは、美味しかった。。 それと時間外のランチも対応してもらいました！
