The staff are very welcoming, all said hello. The pick up service excellent, location is about a 3 minute walk to Pub Street, 1 minute to night market! Rooms very clean and of a good size!

Looks better inside than outside, the no window room did not help with my jet lag; female staff very helpful and friendly; out of male staff John went above and beyond to help me, can’t thank him enough; met some male staff no name tags not sure if trainees or not that know nothing about customer service ( and thought is ok to ride a tuk-tuk to the airport with luggage); the pool side and bar very nice; breakfast ok- had something for everyone; bed & pillows kind of hard

I stayed here 2 years ago and my stay was flawless. I cannot say the same this time. They forgot to pick me up from the airport, the room door took ages to shut, half the room lights were not working, they restricted access to the pool because of a function and this is the only hotel I have stayed in South East Asia where breakfast was not included. However, the staff is charming.

The hotel was in a great position for Markets and other attractions the roof top pool was fantastic, the only thing I would fault is the bar area was not maned all the time it would have been good to get breakfast up there. Also the road outside the hotel was a bit rough and full of pot holes. The staff made up for the few faults as they are very friendly and helpful, would recommend this hotel to stay at.

This charming hotel is located a minute's walk from the night market and a 5-minute walk from the pub street. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable to use. The pool is located on the roof of the hotel and is pleasant and fun. What distinguishes the hotel in my opinion is the hotel staff and the manager Channih who did everything to make me feel like at home throughout my stay at the hotel. The price rates of the hotel are very reasonable and I find the shuttle from and to the airport very convenient. Note: They are very efficient about that and unlike what I had experienced at another hotel they make it happen. I came back to the hotel after two weeks for the second time - and I think that you can understand why. Highly recommended!

A nice hotel with a reasonable price. A large and clean room and the stuff is service oriented. The pool on the roof is very convenient. Breakfast is not more than OK. The shuttle from and to the airport is very convenient. But the best thing about this hotel is the location... 2 minuets walk to the night market and about 5 minuets walk to the Pub Street. The only non convenient facility in the room is the “lights remote control” that is getting reset every time when you are leaving the room... At the bottom line- I like this hotel and already booked for 3 more nights for August on my journey back to Bangkok.

The location is perfect - next to the night market and pub street. The roof top pool is wonderful, like a little oasis in the middle of the market. However the hotel conditions can be greatly improved by a little be of updating.

Great service by hotel - contacted by hotel in advance of aarival to be informed f airport pick up and met by hotel staff upon arrival - desk and al hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel is 2 min from the night market and has dozens of good restaurants within minutes walking. The hotel also organized very reasonable tutuk excursions without the typical hotel markup. The roof top pool is also a nice place to relax at the end of the day although their bar prices while reasonable are higher than you will find in their neighbouring pubs and restaurants.

Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.
The airport pick up was delayed by an hour and we had to contact several times. The room that was given initially was so dark and no windows and mosquitoes were coming through the gap under the door. Later after complaining they upgraded . The breakfast is below average. Every other hotel in the same city packs good breakfast when u plan to go for sunrise viewing at Angkor, however this hotel just gives you a small sandwich with ham . Very poor service provided by the front reception staff . They cone up to help you , however they tie up with tuk tuk with very high price . Suggest do not go through them .

Great hotel, very central
This hotel is one-two minutes walk from shops, the Night Market, Pub Street, restaurants and bars. Very clean and well maintained with friendly and helpful staff ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From check-in to check-out, the staff offer fantastic service, and happily assist with requests such as tour bookings, airline confirmations, airport transfers etc. During my stay the front-of-house staff were under the cheerful management of Mr Chhea. Any language barrier was easily overcome, and Mr Chhea and his team certainly enhanced my visit to Siem Reap with their wonderful service.

Love markets - stay here
Great location, right next to night market. This part of market not as crowded, and al same stuff. People spoke English very well. If you arrive during day time, you may wonder but come 5pm it all changes. Rooms were quite at night despite location. Walking to other markets and pub street just a few minutes. Hotel will arrange tuk tuk driver if you need to go anywhere and advise price. Breakfast, pool oops all good. People in next room to us where smoking which you could smell. This was a bit annoying. Front desk staff all very good. Not totally clear with booking of some tours. But all worked out.

Great stay!
We have a great stay at Cheathata Suites Hotel. Hotel sent email to confirm airport pick almost immediately after the booking is confirmed. Welcome drink serves upon arrival. Brian explained about rooms and temple trips to us. He has been a great help. We took a 3-day tour with the hotels by car and it was good. Staff are friendly and room is clean. Housekeeping is done twice daily and cookies served in the room. Breakfast is good too. We tried BBQ at the hotel and it was delicious. Hotel's location is good. Angkor night market is just next door, walking distance to Pub Street, Old market and Artisan Angkor. I would recommend this hotel.

Value for money
When we we're shown to our room we we're shock to find that there were no windows in our room. When we book online, it states that it is city view and when we ask Brian he says that the picture does not show any window therefore it's no window. He also says that when you open the door and walk along the corridor you can see city view. Is that what you meant by city view? That is misleading isn't it? Any way, I felt cheated. Not sure if I'll stay here in future.

Excellent location
This place is next to the night market and a 5 minute walk to Pub street . The staff were very helpful and the provide free pick up from The airport . Great place to stay . The only thing I wasn't keen on were the beds were a bit hard but I guess that's personal preference

Great Hotel.
Had a very pleasant stay at Cheathata Hotel. Hotel was quite, yet very near to the night market. Lot's of food/ restaurants and stalls selling souvenirs. Very friendly locals. The Hotel staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Rosaly, the hotel supervisor was very accommodating and helpful. He arranged tours to the temple for us. We had the sunrise temple tour which need to set out from the hotel by 4.30am. The hotel was nice to arrange a small set of breakfast for the two of us. The entrance fee to the temple is USD 37 for a one day pass. No shorts and sleeveless are allowed. Also, wear a pair of comfortable shoes for lots of walking. Pub street is nearby the hotel for night dinner and activity.

Very strategic location with comfort and clean roo
Overall it was a good experience with friendly staff and clean environment. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. But the only problem that I had was on the first day during check in, they made us walk from cheathata suite to cheathata hotel and then back to suite. And I saw few other customers went through that too the next day. But nevertheless a very good hotel with helpful and friendly staff

Cheathata Suites, great place to stay
Had a great stay here, it was centrally located to all markets, Pub Street and all other amenities. The rooms were a great size. Breakfast was just ok, but for what you were paying for room and breakfast you cant complain. Only complaint would be when checking out and paying with $US, they refused to take some of my money because the notes werent new enough. .???
