The staff was great. The property could use some updates. The walls and ceilings were dirty and the shower curtain was horribly stained.

Underrated
This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, for its rating. Huge room with modern fixtures, smiling room service, and 500 metres to the Pub Street /Night Market area.

I really liked staying here and the people were really helpful. We got a great driver and had a blast. Super location, nice pool, good breakfast.

Nice newer hotel...NO airport pick up.
Great newer building with high quality fixtures, linens and finishes. Comfortable and quite at night. Roof top pool and bar (expensive) a nice touch. Free breakfast was bland. What this hotel lacks is trained/competent staff and management. Airport pick up was a lie....even after we phoned the hotel three hours before our arrival and twice after landing....still not provided with airport shuttle service. ..as advertised. When inquiring about the shuttle to the airport after check out we were told no service for guests booking through Expedia!!!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel room was lovely with a nice big kingsize bed, and air con that worked well. The water pressure in the shower is good. This hotel has a rooftop pool, and there were always enough sun beds available when we visited. Breakfast is on the rooftop next to the pool which was cool, however the American breakfast was just OK. The one thing I found strange was the second morning we put the sign out asking for our rooms to be made up as we needed more toilet roll, however when we returned we found the beds had been made but no toilet roll; I found this a bit odd and had to go down to reception to ask for more. The staff were helpful, able to book us a tour to see the temples and an airport transfer when we left. The location was pretty good, less than a 10min walk to the night markets. I would stay here again.

Great hotel - poor service from manager
This hotel is fantastic. The rooms were big, modern and clean. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were great - a good sun trap and nice and chilled. Location was great, just a short walk from all the main sights. Angkor Wat was a 20 min drive away and definitely a must do. Reason why we cant give this hotel 5 stars is due to service. In our booking it stated free airport collection transfers. When booking you don’t receive an email address to contact hotel - We went on the hotels website and got the email address from there. (We have followed this process with many hotels throughout Asia so far And have faced no issues) we emailed hotel requesting our collection from airport and received no reply. We emailed a further three times each time checking the email address listed on their website. No reply. We paid our own taxi to the hotel from the airport. When we explained to the staff they said they need to speak to manager. I had to ask three further times for an answer. Finally we speak to manager who informs us the email address we used is wrong. I pointed out it’s on his website and also on the business cards in front of reception. He removed the cards and said he would change them but still wouldn’t acknowledge he was in the wrong and refused to reimburse us or (our preferred option) take us to the airport on departure as this would be a like for like trip. He refused and said it couldn’t be done?! Therefore be aware of the airport collection!!

What a little gem
What a little gem, fantastic room rooftop pool and bar with spectacular sunrise & sunsets, treated like royalty free breakfasts airport pick up, don’t be put off by the end of the street that has not been tarmaced yet the location is Less than 5 minutes walk to all the action in bar street, I would stay there again, so would others I spoke to and who have returned for more already, firm bed nice pillows the hole place looks new. 👍👍👍👍👍

Helt okey hotell
Helt okey hotell i den prisklassen, tyvärr kändes det lite folktomt trots att det var fullbokat. Beror antagligen på alla matställen och barer på gatan runt hörnet. Wifi’t var även lite knackigt till och från. 4/5

Hübsches, neues Hotel nahe dem Zentrum. Beachten muss man, dass der Zimmerservice extra angefragt werden muss. Handtücher ok, aber es sollte dann zumindest ausreichend Toilettenpapier und Trinkwasser bereitgestellt werden. Negativ sind aber bei einem neuen Hotel keine Doppelglasfenster, so dass ich teilweise sehr schlecht bis gar nicht schlafen konnte. Krach von den Tuktuks und jaulende Hunde auf der Straße. Da mein Zimmer unter dem Pool war, konnte ich auch jedes Mal hören, wenn die Leute morgens und abends Tische und Stühle z. B. beim Essen verrückt haben. Das Geräusch ging durch Mark und Bein, obwohl bereits Filz unter den Tisch und Stuhlbeinen angebracht war. Da wurde an der falschen Stelle an Isolierung gespart. (Decke, Fenster)

Excellent hotel!
Newly built, very nice and clean, spacious rooms. Nice pool area at the rooftop with cool view and good prices in the bar and restaurant. And wonderful staff! Lik in the reception and everyone at the rooftop, always smiling and very friendly and kind. Also, the location is perfect. Situated on a quiet side street only two minutes away from the night market and all the busy life of the pub street.
