"We had a short break of 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the cleaners did a good job of cleaning the room daily. The only downfall with the room is that there was no kettle and if needed you’d have to pay a charge for each night which I’ve never had done before.
The staff were overall very friendly and helpful but upon check in I feel they could have done a better job of explaining certain things about the hotel as most hotels...

"Excellent stay overall. The rooms are beautiful, well designed, spacious and very comfortable. What truly made the experience stand out was the hotel team — every department was warm, welcoming, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout the stay.
Special mention to the staff at the pool, who were absolutely amazing and made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.
Highly recommended and would definitely return in the future."

"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless.
They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful.
However…..
Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered.
It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."
