"Pas convaincue par notre séjour. L'accueil a été effroyable, la personne à l'accueil voulait nous jeter dehors au prétexte qu'elle n'avait pas de chambre, alors que nous avions réservé via hotel.com. J'ai insisté malgré les cris de la personne et bien m'en a pris, elle a finalement trouvé la réservation et m'a dit qu'elle n'avait pas compris. "We booked the hotel because there of the swimming pool… which is reserved to the wedding guests only. The available swimming pool is in a second hotel, 10min away by car! Clearly this is not communicated on the hotel description
