"We booked the hotel because there of the swimming pool… which is reserved to the wedding guests only. The available swimming pool is in a second hotel, 10min away by car! Clearly this is not communicated on the hotel description The hotel was nice, service was minimum"

The property was ultra convenient to the main shopping and eating street in Taormina just a few steps away. The room was spacious and clean. Still no water in the morning - no shower- no face wash. Staff said it was the city. I think they should have adjusted our bill to somehow compensate for this major inconvenience. "
