Female personnel at reception even helped us book SHUYANFU Dinner Show Ticket. When we had to leave at 5am on our check-out day, the hotel obliged and prepared packed breakfast including our request for coffee."

"Good location, shopping area just adjacent to hotel. Easy check in. Staff manner and responses were good. Room was spacious and clean, but bed a bit hard and pillows too soft. Need to improve sound proofing between rooms (the neighbouring room was too noisy at midnight, but glad that the hotel staff quickly managed the situation then)"

"Clean room with tatami style. You can feel the spring inside. I feel the room abit old. But the staff is really helpful and can speak English. When I came to check in, there’s a few guest sitting around the lobby which taken all the seats near the check in area. We don’t have choice to sit far away while waiting to check in. Location is good near all the nice places to hang around. But I would choose somewhere else next time. "
