" The property is well located and very nice. However, the main downside was the water being cut off while I was in the middle of a shower. My partner had to go to reception to inquire, and I waited for over 1 hour without any update or assistance, even just bringing bottles of water to the room to brush my teeth ,which was quite frustrating. To add to the inconvenience, we were still asked to pay for breakfast, despite the issue we experienced, as we were told it wasn’t their fault....

"The location is just perfect - near the beach as well as Rogoznica old town and port, but in quite part. Villa offers easy parking and comfortable apartments. Owners were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Hope to stay here again in the future! "
