"Very new. Modern Very quiet at night, properly quietest hotel in the Philippines ( No traffic noise, dodge barking. ) Very good value for money. "

"Staff was super friendly & very helpful at all times. Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice. Room was good, with nice art decor, but it was a little dusty. But what caught our attention was the toilet room. It was very compact, toilet was positioned so close to the wall, your head almost touches the wall, making it kind of hard to do number 2, lol. But overall, good place to be in Dumaguete."

"I really liked this hotel. They were very helpful about helping me find my way around Dumaguete. The hotel is an easy walk to the Coatal road where there are lots of restaurants, but the food was so good at the hotel, I hardly went out to eat. The breakfast is fantastic. They also have these bagels with egg and different meats. They are delicious any time of day."

"I recently tried the French fries, chopsuey, and escabeche, and I was really impressed with both the food and the service. The French fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, served hot and freshly cooked. They had a nice golden color and just the right amount of seasoning. The chopsuey tasted very fresh, with crunchy vegetables that were perfectly cooked—not overdone. The flavors were well-balanced and delicious. The escabeche was also excellent. "I think the property in a whole was just as described. I think it is very possible that the property is owned and or operated by devil worshipping people. Satanic music at night with very creepy lights. A big demon above the bar. Sign out front say sigbin house. A guy there asked a girl if she could use her nail a scratch his neck in order to draw blood. We had to lock our door. Super creepy"
