Tried the massage facility, but the extension number published was wrong, and nobody picked up for couple of hours. Reception then provided the correct extension. "The staff is extremely rude. Behavior of entire staff is extremely hostile and unprofessional. Bathroom is full of black mold. The restaurant smells extremely bad and seems unhygienic too. "

"Not a nice experience staying in this hotel. The room size was too small to accommodate two adults and a child and they didn’t even offer a cot for the additional mattress we had requested. They don’t even have an in-house coffee tea making facilities and one needs to go out in to the corridor to make tea. For the money they are charging, it’s just not worth the stay. Opt for this hotel only if there are no alternatives."

"Value for money was above expectations. Super friendly staff. Yummy restaurant. Easy to find transportation. Great shopping with huge outdoor market and stores minutes away. Minutes walk to the river and ghats and about half an hour by tuktuk to Pandavlani caves."
