"One elevator and it was shared by cleaning staff and guests, also very slow. Keyed rooms doors did not work well and had to have my keys redone both days of our stay. The staff were kind and helped each time."

Horseshoe Bossier City– A Caesars Rewards Destination
"We had to wait to check in after 4 pm for our room to be inspected. My husband and I took a shower before we checked out and had no soap, shampoo or any hygiene products. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful and had us laughing when we checked in. They had great personalities!"
