We asked for bottle waters like 6 times and they said its paid and we agreed to pay but they never provided water throughout the stay. I requested some salt and they ignored it. "The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was decent. The overall property also looks quite nice. However, I found it to be quite crowded and somewhat chaotic. There were also large tourist groups and company conferences happening at the same time, which made the experience harder to manage."
