"No TV in the room, no glasses (we had to beg for them in the hotel’s restaurant), no windows in the room (only on the entrance door), no mats on the concreted floor, no room cleaning service till you ask for it. The check in process was very slow. There is a lot of staff around, but they are not really efficient. The property is in need of renovation for sure."

"O que mais me impressionou foi o cuidado com o espaço. As instalações são muito bem cuidadas, e a limpeza de todas as áreas é excelente. Bairro legal , que está perto de tudo que eu precisava.  Fomos recebido muito bem e eles estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar. Excelente custo benefício."

"I had a great stay in this hotel . The complimentary breakfast was great and the hotel staff are welcoming and accommodating as well. The neighborhood at night isn't as ideal but the hotel is well worth the stay. I was able to go to all the tourist attractions easily via public transportation and at night the bus was close to the hotel as well. I would definitely return to this hotel."
