"This hotel is a family operated. They are very helpful, nice, friendly and accommodating…. When I checked in, I didn’t have the right euro change for local tax, no problem …I asked for late check out and they were very accommodating. Also, the price was really incredible and it’s right next to the old city attractions. I highly recommend it!"

"There’s some construction happening on the ground floor that worried us at first; however, once we located reception and checked into our rooms we found them to be clean, comfortable, and quite nice. The staff was very helpful and they let us park our van and store our luggage at the hotel while we are away on the Theth-Valbone 3-day trek."

"The staff was wonderful!!! When we checked in it was late and she had us go to a spot a few minutes away (walking distance literally 2minutes) and we were beyond thrilled with the delicious hot meal and drinks even though it was after 9:00pm. The next morning was the most relaxing check out process and breakfast we could ask for!! The fig Jelly was delicious as was the whole meal by the sweet, helpful lady who prepared it! Customer service was top notch- it was so peaceful and beautiful- it looks like a postcard!! We would love to return- All hikers should really enjoy the numerous trails we saw and take a look at this place too- not to mention the price was unbelievable!!! 😊"

"This place has the luxury of a boutique hotel with the ambiance of albanian hospitality. The rooms were beautiful, clean and unique, breakfast was delicious and fresh, but most of all the team & staff were lovely. It's family owned and the sons who work the front desk are the absolute kindest. Would highly recommend. Shume Faleminderit per gjithcka <3 Ps. the location is PERFECT! walkable to all the attractions or tour meet up locations. Additionally, even though it was right in the heart of the city, it was still peaceful."
