"It’s a grand and glamorous hotel which witnesses the glorious days of Japan. There’s a huge lobby with a European style library. The lounge is huge with sunset ocean views. The hot springs is huge too that is built by jade. The room is spacious and comfortable. Front desk helped us booking a five lake tour. Breakfasts were very good. Didn’t try dinner. Stayed there 2 nights. Memorable!"

"オールインクルーシブでしたが、今までにないレベル。お酒も種類豊富なうえ、時間によっておつまみも変わっていた。外の足湯をしながら、飲み放題のお酒とつまみのチロルチョコ。ビュッフェも種類よりも、目の前で調理してくれて質重視。とても満足度の高いホテルでした。"

"Stayed in the top floor suite for 3 days and found every penny worth. Great service, great room and great views The only drawback is the distance to Rausu. We did not have a car, but the front desk helped in every possible way for taxi, buses."

"施設は新しくて清潔、部屋もドミトリーと個室があり快適でした。特筆すべきはサウナで、水風呂はキンキンに冷えていて、外気浴、内気浴、焚火もしてくれます。貸切の時間帯でしたがスタッフさんの好意で一人で利用させていただきました。宿は知床観光船の事故で落ち込んだ地域を活性化させたいとの思いで宿を始めたようで、昼は食事も提供していて地域の方で混雑していました。次回は食事もしたいです！"
