"This was a last minute stay at my go to halfway stop from Gold Coast to Tamworth. I jumped online an hour before arrival as I had planned to drive home in one hit but was physically exhausted from Tamworth Country Music Festival. The team checked me in quickly and offered help as I was clearly not feeling well. Even checkin on me this morning that I was ok to drive. HIGHLY recommend this hotel as the staff are always friendly and caring. Will keep coming back for all my long car trips to Tamworth via Tenterfield. "

Everything we needed was included in the cabin with an extensive guest guidebook for info. Only feedback is check in/check out process could be a bit clearer, the phone at the reception cabin was a bit dodgy."
