"We loved the location and our ocean view. The breakfast and all of the staff were outstanding! Unfortunately the pool was out of order while we were there. But otherwise a lovely stay! "

"The pools and 2 restaurants made it a very convenient stay. It’s close to grocery stores so we could get some snacks. The resort dated, but clean and comfortable! The fire alarm went off in our room at 7am the morning we were leaving, so that got us out of there early. I’m sure a battery change would fix that but it was slightly annoying. The cafe restaurant doesn’t include “sauces” with meals, that meant we got no tomato sauce (ketchup) or tartar sauce with our fish and chips if we didn’t pay for it when we ordered. We didn’t know we had to state the obvious and we weren’t asked if we wanted it when we ordered, so we didn’t get any. When I asked for both she gave me tartar, but said I’d have to go back to the front to pay for ketchup. That was a bit silly, but overall the kids loved the pools and we had a good stay. The food was good. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and loved the view from our balcony. Room service is way beyond our expectation, room is restored everyday. The location was perfect and close to shops. We enjoyed the pool. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cairns."
