"Great location and facilities, just a bit dated. From 2024 to 2025, they have updated the tv set up. Shopping centre is a 2 min walk and centre of town takes 5 mins, prominade about 10 mins. Has a set of three pools where only one is heated. Great for the hot days!! Cooking facilities are always good. Always our go to. "

"Anna the receptionist was stellar as we were a later arrival and wasn't able to make prior arrangements because of phone connectivity issues. She was very accommodating. The property is well situated and well equipped. However, things appeared tired as some items were rusting or not maintained well. For example, the hot water kettle was had rust and the washing machine drain hose was not properly connected (which we fixed). Some parts of the dishwasher racks had rust. Maybe those are signs...

"We got the 3bdrm, 3ba unit. Location was so convenient to walk everywhere we needed to go like: close to the daily night market, the pick up location of both Kuranda rail tour and Great Barrier Reef tours, Esplanade lagoon, great food (all under 10mins). So we didn’t need a car. Apt was clean and over all looked newer esp kitchen appliances, dishes and cooking utensils. "
