"AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! This is described as the "honey moon suite" so we assumed it would be beautiful . Terribly disappointed. The 1 bedroom condo , #503 was in desperate need of repair and was absolutely fility. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures were terribly corroded, the Jacuzzis tup did not work nor would I use it. No hot water in the shower. There is a big boat in the front of the property and behind it is construction garbage and is used as a burning pile..front of the building. The road view is completely bulldozed and left with dead trees. At one point this may have been a nice place but no longer! I texted the manager several times for help with the unit but was ignored. We have also requested a refund. We paid approximately $270 per night with cleaning fee. No one had cleaned. Floors were filthy, sheets and towels old and stained. No coffee maker in kitchen. The stairs to the unit were filthy and if you touched the handrail your hands were covered in dirt. The pool was immaculate..pool and ocean were visible from the balcony. Rail on the balcony was lose, chairs were filthy and table top. It was so dirty I was afraid to go barefoot...took towels and wiped the floors. There was an old torn throw rung by one side of the bed!! Cant make this up. We almost left but couldn't find accommodations on short notice so we left all day. Beach was not cleaned up for a very long time and the sargosso was 4 ft deep,most resorts clean this daily. It stunk as well!!!! have pics"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing and the location was gorgeous! The food and drinks were also great! We were really frustrated because the Expedia listing said the resort had tennis courts which it does not! They also do not have bicycles as the website claims. "

"GOOD: -Beautiful pool -Sargassam cleaned every morning. The importance of this becomes apparent after visiting other hotels where it is not. -Resort size is nice. -Fun Officer Joel is awesome The BAD: -Master toilet didn't flush. Maintenance came up 4 times to fix it. We finally got it working for a couple days on our own, then it broke again. So 6 people had to share one toilet most of the trip. -Pink mold in both bathrooms -Housekeeping was friendly and seemed to clean well, but only made half the beds each time they were in. - When we arrived, the room was not stocked. Front desk was closed by the time we figured this out, so they brought things the next morning -Booked transfers through the concierge. We chose to upgrade to arrive by boat, which was a little more expensive. When we arrived we were told it was too late to take the boat in so had to take the van. Concierge knew our arrival times when they booked this for us. Their solution was to take us out by boat when we left, but we were disappointed. - The tub in the master is a plain small bathtub. Not the jacuzzi tub they show in pictures. - The plunge pool is tired and old -We had a special birthday dinner on the beach. Manager interrupted to let us know they had undercharged one person $10 at the pool the prior day and demanded payment. Ruined the occasion. - Rooftop bar was not open the entire time. Pool bar was only open one day. -Only 2 old chairs in balony, no table -Loud construction started before 8"

"Our room was amazing with the lay out and an ocean view and walk out access. Jaime and Kay (the property managers) were wonderful (attentive and responsive) and our meals were culinary caliber and freshly prepared. The area was peaceful (no wall to wall bars like San Pedro) and NO sargassum! iIt is a bit of a trek from San Pedro but well worth it! The only concern we had was with their golf cart recommendation of MTK as the cart was older and had no suspension and comparing to other companies a big disappointment-the owner of MTK was not accommodating with reducing our rate"
