The staff went beyond our expectations as my sister left her phone in a cab and they called the cab company and tracked down the phone and it was waiting in our room when we returned to the hotel. The bar was nice with a great view of Osaka. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"My second time at Nikko Osaka. It’s an old hotel but we stayed at the renovated room. It’s a nice upgrade from the older rooms. Space is a bit tight but still acceptable. The location is fabulous!"
