"Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."

If I could give 11/10 I would!

"Incredible hotel, we paid for a room with VIP club access, from the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty, with complimentary champagne and stunning views on the 33rd floor overlooking the city at night. The rooms were big and very modern. Breakfast was great with lots of options (both western and Japanese breakfast items). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I would definitely come stay here again!"

"I like that it was in walking distance of the Ryogoku Station. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I especially appreciate that they knew English. The room was clean. The bed was very firm, good for back sleepers. I have no complaints and will recommend it to my friends."
