"The property is far away from any attractions. Spa is under construction, and the staff is rude. After making the reservation with breakfast, they denied breakfast. The breakfast timings were not respected from 8am, it was served late. My recommendation is to not book this hotel."

Very clean, very well located right next to the iconic mall road, right next to the tourist lift and very good service and clean and large rooms. Also excellent food options either within the hotel or right next door. Perfect place to stay and enjoy Shimla."
