"The Grafton Lodge, and particularly suite #6, exceeded our expectations. The property was well maintained and manicured, and our suite was unbelievable. It was beautiful, well furnished and decorated, and very clean. But most important, the King bed was very comfortable...we slept like babies. "

"This was a great place to stay for the night so that we could wake up where we wanted to be for the day. The hotel was completely clean and comfortable, and we got a good night's rest. We felt safe and secue. I don't think I would stay here for a long vacation, as it really doesn't have any amenities. BUT, since we only planned to arrive late at night and leave early in the morning, it was great! If you're looking to arrive at Biltmore when then open, this is a great place to stay! Affordable...

"It's not often you stay at a hotel where the staff makes you feel so welcome and so appreciated. The Lodge at Flat Rock does that like no other place I've stayed before. You feel like you're visiting family, not a hotel. Personable staff that care, on top of a beautifully appointed and maintained establishment make The Lodge the place to stay when you're in Western North Carolina."

"This is probably the nicest hotel in this area of Hendersonville. It was amazingly quiet - and even though our room backed up to the elevator we never heard it. The rooms are huge and the kitchenette with larger fridge and freezer was exactly what we needed. This was probably one of the nicer stays we have had in a hotel in a very long time. The staff was awesome too. "
