The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. I would recommend anyone to stay here, even if it is for a night to enjoy the view from the roof bar."

Inside my room, all the amenities are of premium quality including soap, body lotion and also coffee machine, safety box, cool bar, ironing board set and the branded TOTO automated toilet bowl. There's also a dedicated flat sink for purified drinkable tap water. And to top it off, a new gym is on...

"Excellent hotel and location. Connected to Shiodome and Shimbashi Stations underground. Family Mart in the basement for snacks and drinks. Staff is SO kind and friendly. We received upgrades to the Tokyo Tower view, late check out at 1pm, and free drinks for being an Expedia Gold member. "

"Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants/takeaways. Amenities well stocked. Staff members was lovely and communicated everything very well. If catching the train it may be a bit of a walk with alot of luggage, pack light. Ubers are available. GPS doesn't always help when you are walking through the subways so look for the exit gate numbers. Room was clean and tidy and contained everything we needed. Used google translate to help operate remotes, rice cooker and washer and dryer....

"I had an amazing time in Tokyo staying at the Oakwood Hotel and Apartments. The hotel was clean and modern. It had a gym and a small cafe at the ground floor. It was right across Nissin Grocery Store, Lawsons and Smile Everyday drug store. It was a 2-3 min walk away from the train station. I will definitely book again in the future. I love this place and the view of Tokyo Tower was amazing at night. "

"Staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel has two stations in close proximity which is very handy when exploring Tokyo city. It is set just out enough so you are not bothered by crowds with a nice park just coming into blossom within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here."
