"Average at best what you expect from this type of hotel/ motel. Room key was a problem every time I tried to use it I had to go to the desk and wait for them to re key it. The most basic continental breakfast I have ever seen for sure no frills."

"We felt like part of the family when we stayed there. The ladies who own it are awesome and very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. There is no elevator for the second floor rooms but it was easy to take our suitcases up the stairs. I would highly recommend staying there."

"We thought the property was really cute and it had a back door with a porch and was dog friendly however we had booked for 2 nights and the 1st night when we got to the property the dead bolt lock had broke so we didn't have a lock on the front door. The maintenance guy was there and said your just going to have to go around to the back of the building to get in your room not convenient but okay then we noticed the AC wasn't working so we told the front desk lady and they said it just takes time to cool off well that was not true the AC did not work our night was miserable because it was so HOT we were not happy we asked for a refund and they said you booked through Experian so have them give you a refund we booked 2 days and just left after the 1st night and didn't even stay the 2nd night there was not way we could have done another hot night it was horrible and we got no refund. Not an enjoyable time no one was helpful including Experian we won't be back and won't be using Experian again."

"Difficult to check in as no one attends the reception desk. The shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were empty. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The atmosphere is a little cold. The night was cool so I left the heater running. It was so loud that I was repeatedly awakened by the noise and eventually turned it off making the room chilly when I got up."
