"The room and the bed were comfortable, the carpets needed stretching. we were placed in an accessible room, which was fine, but we noticed that the towels were located outside the bathroom. Perhaps they could find a way to store the towels inside the bathroom. they had a pool and a fitness center, but we were looking for a hot tub as well. Breakfast was available and was good, but it was extra and a little expensive. we appreciated being able to park on site during our trip, but the shuttle took greater than 35 minutes to arrive at the airport and we arrived at midnight. there were probably 10 or 12 people waiting at the same time. The driver of the shuttle, however, was very courteous and accommodating. The front desk staff knew that we were arriving late and did not give our room away, which we greatly appreciated since we arrived so late. The parking areas were also secure and we felt comfortable leaving our vehicle there for 10 days. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel."

"I booked this hotel specifically so I could park and fly. Online they wanted to charge me $189 to park without even asking for what dates I would be gone. When I showed up to the hotel and inquired about parking she said sorry you booked through a third party I can’t do anything for you. I asked if she could charge me for the parking separately and I was told no. So I ended up driving to the airport which is what I wanted to avoid and parked there. Don’t know if I will stay there again."

"We were literally here for 10 hours. The aiport shuttle was super easy. The staff friendly and the room was just fine. Nothing special, but great for what we needed especially for the price. It looked like they had a nice indoor pool area, but we didn't get to take advantage of that. If you need a place near the airport definitely consider the Country Inn and Suites. "

"We were very disappointed in our stay. The desk chair in our room was torn and the surface of the side chair was peeling off. They had put a cover over the seat to hide the tears but the back and the arms were cracked and peeling. When we returned to our room on the 2nd day, we found 2 bags of garbage on the floor, garbage laying in the corner that wasn’t ours, dirty, wet towels on the bathroom floor (we had hung ours up after showering) our bed wasn’t made up and they hadn’t replenished the pods of coffee."

"There was a $200 deposit required that we were not informed about when booking the room and after it was already paid for so be prepared for that. Also the worst continental breakfast ever! Seriously lacking. "
