Hidden gem with a view!
Initially I thought this hotel would be in a middle of town where the window view would be bad. But it turns out you can see greenery from the window! Also, the toilet has bathtub and shower to choose so if is very good. Also, the desk lamps are bright enough to generate a good working vibe

OK Hotel in Shenzhen
Good parts about this hotel: - Clean - Bed is comfortable - Internet works well Bad parts: - Restaurant closes at about 9:00PM - we arrived late, could only get limited menu items. - the lighting in the room is very hard to use/near impossible in the dark.

Terrible check in and check out experience!
My biggest complaint was that I booked 3 rooms and they only had reservations for 2 rooms. This confused things at both check in and check out and took over an hour to resolve. Fortunately I have my paperwork from hotels.com, but it still took forever! Somehow my booking had a smoking room. This could have been my fault when I booked the rooms, but then to switch rooms to non smoking, they charged a VERY high fee. But we had no choice at that point! The least they could have done was absorb the room differential! Long story short, I felt we got scammed and I will not only NEVER ago to this hotel again, I will avoid all Ramadas! Customer service is not an idea they are familiar with!!!!!

terrible customer service, not clean room
Arrived -couldn't find payment from Expedia. Expedia were useless and did not try to help me - will be calling when back in the country! Had to pay for another room. Staff didn't speak english. No room service or mini bar - forced to go out to find food. Room stunk of smoke, hard to breathe! Terrible experience.

Hotel will be to training English for the front desk staffs incessancy. We are prepared to offer the room service of the dinner by the western restaurant of hotel Hotel public area non smoking and set up the non smoking floor on the third floor welcomed by the customers Thanks for your attention and suggestion.

Great service
Good hotel and renovated. Staffs and manger was great in handling some minor issues with our booking. They upgraded my room to a suite after the incident

飯店前台經理服務熱心,協助安排適當的房間。附近交通較不方便,離地鐵站有點距離。附近有兩個商場,走一小段可以到達。總體來說還不錯,以這個價格,還可以。

理想的入住
酒店總體不錯,附近有商場,購物方便,房間舒適,酒店前台員工態度良好。唯一是預訂無障礙浴室,但酒店只有一間房間有此設施,而房間已有客入住未能安排,因而安排將房間升級以作補償,算是一負責任行為。

駅から遠いし、近くは特に何もない
今後便利になるんでしょうが、2018年3月では周りは工事をしているところが多く、空気も汚れているうえ、特にこれといった楽しげな所もありません。モールが2件あるくらいです。駅からも遠いので、付近の工場や会社に用事がある方向けのホテルという感覚です。個人的には次は泊まりたいとは思いませんでした。部屋はこのクラスのホテルでは一般的なスペックです。

旁邊有間很好味的串燒店,吃完回酒店一流!
相比下酒店的設施最為不足,房間沒有大燈,只有床旁的燈,書桌上的枱燈也壞了,總括房間幾暗。馬桶都常塞,打電話叫職員幫手清潔,服務好,有禮貌。 對這酒店印象頗好。
