My biggest complaint was that I booked 3 rooms and they only had reservations for 2 rooms. This confused things at both check in and check out and took over an hour to resolve. Fortunately I have my paperwork from hotels.com, but it still took forever! Somehow my booking had a smoking room. This could have been my fault when I booked the rooms, but then to switch rooms to non smoking, they charged a VERY high fee. But we had no choice at that point! The least they could have done was absorb the room differential! Long story short, I felt we got scammed and I will not only NEVER ago to this hotel again, I will avoid all Ramadas! Customer service is not an idea they are familiar with!!!!!
